PHINMA Property Holdings broke ground on the Dahlia Tower of Maayo Terraces, its latest condominium project within the 21-hectare Saludad township in Bacolod, Negros Occidental, as key township components continue to be developed.

“What was once a vision on paper is steadily becoming a real and active address where homes, institutions, and opportunities are beginning to come together,” PHINMA Properties President and CEO Raphael B. Felix said in a statement on Monday.

Once completed, the project will house 2,922 units spread across 11 residential buildings.

According to the project’s website, the first two towers named Dahlia and Bella will be launched first, with another nine towers planned for future development in the 34,624.77-square-meter (sq.m.) Maayo Terraces.

Dahlia will have 128 units across six residential floors, while Bella will have 176 units across eight floors.

Maayo Terraces will offer studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom with loft units ranging from 28 to 49 sq.m.

The mid-rise residential development, built within the 21-hectare Saludad master-planned township, is located along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road in Barangay Bata, Bacolod.

Nearby landmarks include key retail properties like Robinsons Place Bacolod, Ayala Malls Capitol Central, and SM City Bacolod within six kilometers of the condominium.

It is developed by PHINMA Properties and JEPP Real Estate Co., a Bacolod-based real estate firm managed by the prominent Jacinto, Echaus, and Puentevella families.

“The groundbreaking of PHINMA Maayo Terraces Saludad is more than construction, it is a vote of confidence in Bacolod’s future. We remain committed to an investor-friendly Bacolod and to supporting projects that create opportunities for our people to thrive in a master-planned, vibrant environment,” Jose Marty Go, secretary to the Mayor of the Bacolod city government, said during the groundbreaking ceremony.
