The Philippine capital slid down eight places to 78th out of 156 cities in the latest edition of AT Kearney’s Global Cities Index. The report examines currently competitive cities and those “creating conditions for their future status as global hubs.” Meanwhile, Manila rose four places to 134th out of 156 cities in the Global Cities Outlook.
